OPEN LETTER TO THE CHIEF JUSTICE

With all due respect to you as a person I don’t have faith on you anymore. And neither do I want to respect you . It’s the institution of justice for which I have great respect but not for you as a person. If that calls for a contempt of court please feel free to call me . I was looking for a vacation that would give me excuse to enjoy the hypocrisy corrupted environment of the capital. So why I don’t have any faith in you anymore? Because you and the majority  politicians of the country have no difference at least anymore. You were made a hero well I don’t know if you were worthy of it or not but at least you have let down the general masses. You were reinstated to upheld the rule of law. Which just now seem is rule of Chief justice now. Like the govt you too take your wrath on the subordinate (judiciary ) . However you yourself have been incumbent to take any extraordinary measure. Oh you may have forgot what your achievements have been since your reinstatement ? let me help you in giving you a quick recap of what you did . The famous NRO case where till this day govt is not willing to take action. And you after passing the verdict haven’t look backed at whether it got implemented or not. Oh I’m sorry I forgot it’s not your duty to judge whether things get good or bad. Your job is to judge in a way that it makes atleast 6times a week to the headlines.(unfortunately you can’t have a round the year coverage because of vacations). The Punjab Bank scandal case,where in the saint of Law Mr. Babar Awan was among the accused . Will you enlighten me Mr. Justice where that case is standing?  Consider me poor at knowledge and feel free to reply my questions if you find some time after serving the nation.

You started the judicial activism but what we gained from it? Other than the lawyers beating the general public ,policeman,insulting the judges,attacking the Lahore High Court and turning the reins of judicial system at their own will what have we gained from it? What lies in it for me? You should have asked the govt to cut it expenses. O sorry but I forgot you love being driven around the town in Mercedes and BMW’s yourself how can you ask the govt to curb its expenses. You should have dealt strongly with the son of Prime minister  for being involved in the Hajj Scandal case. He came with lot of pomp and glory and what you did to him? Politely questioned him and let him go. You must be thinking how foolish I am thinking like this sort of things when I know  your son was also accused of wrong doing and eventually made you a hero. Maybe the same happen with the PM , by the end of the day he may come out as a hero too.

Please enlighten me what decision you took that helped me or some ordinary folk like you? You may have taken lots of suo moto actions but I have never heard any about the electricity issue. Even if you would have taken the action it won’t have mattered as last year you took notice of sugar prices and you couldn’t get your hands at anyone how was responsible to  control that. The mess this Hajj scandal case is and it’s been I think about 6months now but no worthwhile result in there too. And for the last 3 or 4 daysyou seem little active on that front. Every day threatning govt but then getting cold. Even a kid would have known what antics govt playing with you . But you seem like you havnt been able to understand that. How can a Secretary or any other govt official  get misplaced when ever you call him ? That reminds me since your inception there have been hardly 5-10 hearing of the missing persons case. Why you don’t dare touching that may I ask you sir?And i am sure for the lager interest of nation PM would soon meet you either call you at his home for dinner or just land uncalled for at some of your parties to assure you he & his govt  is ready to uphold the rule of law. And all will then settle down.   I don’t think you will get the time to read this and so I wont be called in for contempt of court . Hence its better I plan may vacations at my own.

Don't Think Of Doing Right , Its Wrong Here

Who’s country was it? Army , Doctors,Politicans,or Lawyers?  Who are the real inhabitants of it? Punjabi's, Sindhi's,Balochis,Pathans,Sarikis,Or Kashmiri’s? Well time and again we fight over this thing.But it seems like this country is in the hands of those who wish to do all on their own will. All those who wish to live the life of grandeur and luxury invade here. I am not talking AGAINST PAKISTAN. Instead I am just against our mindset as a NATION. And this includes me too.

For us the whole country has become more like a playground. Whenever we desire we start burning our own streets. Destroying our own homes , damaging our own cars. And then easily put it on the shoulders of some “3^rd Force “who is not in favor of peace and calmness in our cities. Who is that 3^rd Force? Its the hidden demons within us. The faces we don’t show to the world but wear them every now and then to satisfy our own lust,hunger,thirst , and desire. We want chaos around us to moan and cry , so when that happen we can go begging to the world to come and help us. When the world comes to our rescue we call for protection of our sovereignty values and integrity. And we call another of our distant family members who we raised with our own blood, so now they can come and suck our blood. Then we cry again and this keeps on moving.

We ourselves create and exploit the loopholes in the system. We never bothered amending them. We call ourselves saviors of our own country and then we shamelessly take away whatever we can lay our hands on. Be it pride, glory , peace , or justice.  Doctors killed the patients while asking for their own selfish motives to be heard of and we thought of them as messiahs? Politicians ripped the country as much as they can and when they got fed up they brought in there puppies and there chamchas to enjoy the feast. The army whenever wanted to take up an exercise in order to keep their own fitness jumped up the trucks and road down the streets of capital with the smile which surely would have made Alexander the great feel like he was not such a big emperor. And our lawyers who time and again grab, twist, bend and break the law to give way to their own laws. The ones with which they can live happily.

We are in a shameful state of conditions, and me writing this would be labeled as a traitor. So let it be that way. Because I am also sitting like the rest of my large majority of country men. So yes I am a TRAITOR. We live in such a shameful state of conditions that living here is not less than a miracle. A country where the basic emergency health care service is being suspended only because it was the brain child of a rival. A country where we criticize the government for subsidizing Roti and Atta for the poor. And a country where the govt. blames criticizes and threatens its own govt. Isn’t it a heaven of lunatics we living in? We can take up beat to death any person who speaks against us. And when the details start pouring in we silence some more dogs. And claim it to be a conspiracy against country and institutions.

Oh and lets not at all talk about the condition of justice in here. Because the Chief justice we have was restored by the power of people. Not the power of logic or law. Ok it was a right thing people did I agree let’s not go that back far. But let’s move forward so how much justice we got in this society? A place where Lawyers are feared even by thugs and dacoits . A place where no one whether a judge , a police personal, or a media person can expect any righteousness from the torch bearers of impartiality . Where ever and whenever the lawyers want they can do what they want . And not a single incident has happened since the restoration of C.J that the lawyers have bowed before the law of land.

What happened with the District and Sessions Judge of Lahore wasn’t an old thing. They kept on insisting for his removal without any allegations against him. And it finally happened after High court was attacked. Because the lives of high ups in our country is more important than some small insects down the road. By the way did you ever hear what was the reason why lawyers were so against that man? About whom they acknowledged man times that he is an honest judge. So if he is an honest man what was the problem?? His only job was to be honest. Or maybe the lawyers thought he isn’t that hot so he should not be in Lahore?? The poor chap just did what he was supposed to do. Recruitment of some lower level staff was going on in the Lahore Sessions Court which is done by the Session Judge himself. The President and the Secretary of Lahore Bar approached the Sessions judge with a list of there “Men” who should be filled in that place. The Judge refused to adhere to their wishes and had to face all the heat. Same thing happened with my Dad. He was transferred only because the Lawyers wanted him to get harsh with the lower judges and just give them a lesson to adhere and comply at the orders of lawyers. He didn’t bothered it thinking the lawyers don’t have much guts . But he was proved wrong and had to travel back to home. Since one won’t be a good lawyer if he losses .

Not to forget the circus being played out every day at a venue which is in the Red Zone area of our capital. No no I’m not talking of Parliament because it’s not a circus it’s an Opera House. Can’t you judge that even by its design? The things which happen there definitely resemble like an opera but the design too suggest the same. I am talking of the mighty SUPREME COURT OF PAKISTAN. Where are the courts orders regarding NRO,Sugar Shortage,and many other where it dared to show some eyes to the govt. ? Perhaps they are part of your toilet paper by now if you use them. Because so much paper can’t be stored in the Supereme court . Since the daily count of cases keep on rising. But only roars and orders you can see coming from the court room where the media is present in its full. And if the C.J forgot it let me remind there was case of missing persons . About which he was quiet enthusistaic to take up and show the govt. they really mean justice. Oh but maybe till now C.J’s own son is safe and isn’t abducted by the authorties. Oh and I forgot again the authorities don’t put their hands on similar sort of authorities. So there is no chance of C.J’s son getting abducted eventually mean no chance of case hearing. Amna Janjua and all those who are taking the rounds of Supreme court to get some justice please stop doin it. You Won’t get any justice.

 

This country of ours day by day turning into a place for those who want everything just the way they wish just the way they desire . I wonder when and how can it get back to its normal. Help Me PLEASE

As always i am confused. And why shouldn't i .Among the 180million inhabitants of my country who are somehow thought as incompetent and ignorant ,I think of myself a little different from them. And why shouldn’t I think that why when the rest of the lot think the same way too. I am more privileged then the 80% of my fellows. The literacy level I have is shared only by 5% in the country. But still even though no matter how hard I try or if I don’t try at all to be different, I am same like the rest of my countrymen. I am restless yet quiet about what happens around me. I am literate yet I believe in conspiracy theories like all other. And I’m always confused. I ask questions to find the answers. But I get more confused, or rather worse I’m mostly thrashed hardly because of my questions. To me pieces of puzzle don’t form the picture. I want to join them together but no one let them be that way. Why can’t I get confused when I always have to choose among the two things. For some part of population one thing maybe sin, but for the other maybe ritual. I’m stuck in the crossroads of right or wrong, power or people, money or minorities. Why won’t I get confused when I see my own govt. confused upon the killing of osama bin laden as if it’s a victory or defeat. When the sitting govt. ministers blame and thrash their own govt forgetting they are also part of it. When the saviors of our lives starts killing us brutally and mercilessly. When our intelligence agencies couldn’t find out about attacks on military installations but can easily track , kidnap, and kill a man who didn’t have any other weapon apart from his pen. When the divide between rich and poor increase so much that imported cat food starts getting sold at a price which can feed a complete family of 5 . But maybe this place if for cats and dogs to come, sit, enjoy the feast, relax, and walk out.
How I can have peace of mind when I can’t decide whether religion should be my priority or humanity. How can I stay safe when I think of minorities and speak for their rights and I’m thrashed upon with hard words asking for me to fulfill my religious obligations? I am not at all saying that this country or the religion has some problem. I respect and love both. Problem but lies within us. When it becomes hard to distinguish whether Islamic principle of jihad is right or its certain interpretation is wrong. When it becomes a matter of concern that those madrasah’s whose sole objective was to bring peace become the academies of violence. How can you decide whether these schools for those poor souls who otherwise can’t afford education are doing some good for them or  bad for the nation. We emphasize giving the poor there rights but we do so by stripping the poorer from their rights. We never give away our own guard to them. We talk of equality in Islam and we should bring that in our life  but we don’t let  our maid  to eat in our utensils. For us religion holds foremost importance but we never try to understand or implement religion. We can kill 1000 of people on the name of Islam but we won’t hold anyone accountable for the name of humanity. To us minorities are untouchables forgetting that Islam and our own state law talks of their rights. We won’t I get dissatisfied when a foreigner kills 3 people and walks out of country without even his passport with him but a man being shot and killed for just allegedly trying to steal . When our jails would be full of numerous innocents but our parliament would be short on them. What should I feel when a Chief justice is reinstated with the hope and desire of getting justice but he just start playing a media circus and nothing more. To this day Supreme court has not took any action in the missing persons case. Where is the justice now? For which Chief justice was thought as the only guardian and savior. We made a lot of hue and cry over the HEC funding issue. I think it was all for nothing and it isn’t required to keep it working. We don’t need education. As for me it’s making us more and more confused. Some other method can we have please?

BOL MUSIC REVIEW

In the bleak and almost non existent conditions of a film industry You bring in the biggest musical sensation of subcontinent on board. And then You get a T.v actor,A Supermodel,And a VJ to act opposite him. And you have the story line which says it HARD TO DIGEST. Then surely you can expect a lot of attention. When the man at helm of affairs is Shoaib Mansoor then you always wait for something different yet extremely awesome. His previous film venture KHUDA KA LIA did that thing for Pakistan and muslims which today our politicians cant do. So if the man is coming up his new venture.The expectations increase. Add to that when you get several delays in releast the hype keeps on building. In his new venture BOL Shoman has got an ensemble cast of Atif Aslam,Humamima Abbasi,Mahira Khan,and her previous film’s leading lady in the principle cast. Along with many other top notch veterans . Since Shoman himself is a great music producer so when it comes to the music of his film you surely can expect something good. Specially if you keep in mind the last film’s score which made many newcomers a star in a day.So here is the song by song review of the album

1 HONA THA PYAR ( ATIF ASLAM & HADIQA KAYANI)

This song got leaked on internet in around August last year. With the rumuours that movie is going to release in September. But somehow things kept on delaying. However the song kept on mesmerizing people with its simple yet catchy and hummable  composition. Originally it had Faiza Mujahid along with atif on vocals. But now on the album its Hadiqa Kayani. It’s a brilliant compostion by Atif Aslam, lyrics are fresh too. And both the singers are top notch. Specialy atif who just move with the flow of song effortlessly and sings it with heart touching emotions. The only draw back the song may face would be its now doing the rounds on internet for so long it probably has lost some charm. But maybe as the promos continue it come out as winner again.

2 Din Pareshan Hai(Sajad Ali)

Next to come behind the mic is Sajjad Ali with a new rendition of his old composition of Din Pareshan Hai. Sajad Ali have a brilliant and powerful voice and this time he is back with some song after a long time. He shows the perfect emotions of sadness,yet the hope at end of tunnel.Equally complimenting the vocals are the lyrics which speak of the importance of life. The song comes in another version latter in the album titled as FILM VERSION. Both versions have hardly any difference except the musical arrangement.

3 Dil Jaaniya (Hadiqa Kayani)

Hadiqa comes again at the helm of affairs this time alone. The song isn’t mentioned at the music credits on the official website of the movie but its in the album. It starts with an altered tune of some song which I couldn’t find which one it is. Hadiqa sings in his signature Punjabi style but this song is totally misplaced . I wonder if it is actually a song in the SHOMAN film. As it has got some really weird rather disgusting rapping in between. And I cant even imagine how it would look on screen. Had it been some Bhatts film this song would have got quick acclaim. But here it doesn’t fit the mood. And isn’t even a replay sort of number.

4 SAIYAAN BOLAIN (SHABNAM MAJEED, SAHIR ALI,BINA JAWAD)

Track title and the people at helm of affairs suggest this time it would be something different. And so it doesn’t disappoint. Shabnam Majeed is the lead singer in the song which is mujra styled song . Its being picturised at Iman Ali. Musically its soft yet grand. And the emotions of the courtesan are properly emoted in here. Lyrics are fresh too. It’s the kind of song where you can well imagine great dancers like Madhuri and Rekha dancing to it. Hope Iman Ali live upto the song.

5 MUMKIN HAI(AHMAD JAHANZEB & SHUJA HAIDER)

This duo was mainly responsible for the last music of Shoman’s film with around 3 to 4 songs on their credit. Shuja Haider was a revelation there and Ahmad Jahanzeb touched the new extreme and showed how much variety he can offer. Here this number which is composed and written by Shoaib Mansoor himself  they both talk of hope that whatever may happen a better thing surely will come. Music is soothing and so are the vocals. However the song seem like just forced with lyrics. And it’s not the type which you will want to listen or sing along much.An average number.

6 Kuch Bol Do(ATIF ASLAM & HADIQA KAYANI)

The brilliant duo comes again this time with a little soft rock song. The song starts with nice drums and when atif comes behind the mic you can be assured this is gonna be something magical. Its indeed a great composition by atif. Both the singers are not only competing each other here but also complementing . There voices gel together well. And here Hadiqa proves that she is the real diva of music in Pakistan. To match the difficult scale levels of Atif and yet to show her own brilliance is great. The lyrics are top notch . Frankly I want it to be little more hard rock kind of stuff. With some more hard drum beating and guitar riffs. But still this song is great the way it is.

7 BOL BACKGROUND(BAQIR ABBAS)

Baqir Abbas is the flute mastero who previously had made apperances in COKE STUDIO along with Ali Zafar and Tina Sani , is the producer and composer of this score. If the album was good till now. Here it touch the excellent category. It starts with soft flute latter joined by large orchestra and the haunting voice of Hadiqa Kayani humming BOL. This is grand in its arrangement simply a chilling kind of a background score. Surely it will make you move in your seat when you will watch it on screen.

OSAMA, OBAMA, & A SLAVE OF LADY GAGA

So another one of you reading it proves you have ample time to waste on it.But then I wonder why we always complain of time shortage. Well we live in a strange world. Or maybe I’m thinking that way these days after reading and watching lot of propaganda & counter propaganda stuff. Maybe know it’s getting hard to accept all what I’m shown and all what I easily shut my eye of reason and logic. Every morning we wake up we don’t wish it to be a good day, we just hope It don’t turn into a bad one. We are technology obsessed too without even understanding or even bothering of the consequences. I wake up and check my online life much before I think or attend the real life issues. I switch on the T.V to find out what may have happened  during the last 4 hours or so I slept last night. And this entire still won’t change the world and the things happening in it. But we  going deep in this , Know If I say we are just being made addicted of all this to make the products and services sell it won’t be wrong. But I would be labeled a conspiracy theorist. Think yourself for a minute what’s the hottest thing we hear about in our lives these days?? Facebook,Twitter,Iphones,Ipads,Android Phones that’s it. They all have grown into big big giants only because of the hunger we have shown. A hunger created without any logic. I don’t think any of these do any good to us. Yet there are advocates of the new technology not only creating hype and frenzy about it but also making it a point to join the band wagon. By the way I am also thinking of buying an android phone because yes I’m also trying to jump on the bandwagon.
Life wasn’t about all this what we have been made to feel, think  , accept, and promote. It was much more than that. I don’t know where it got lost. And the problem is I can’t find the answer too. Or maybe I’m too scared to try finding it. I am like on a dope diet of all these things. To me the reality and hardship of life ended from the time I saw cartoon characters stealing it from each other to get more. The time when I saw the protectors of law selling it on street. The moment I found power can over power any truth justification or law. I started getting programed to get just the best. To get it from whatever way. Some will argue it’s the effect of nurturing at home but no it’s more than that too. Media is more powerful then parents today. I thought Johnny bravo was cool because he can have any girl he wants. I thought Richie Rich is like me it’s just his family was strong so I started cursing my own . The trouble started from there. Parents were thinking they fulfilling the needs of their children but still they not behaving properly or always seem like unhappy. What they forgot was that long ago wants became the needs. And needs were considered like if they are the sole right of the person without doing nothing even. We fed the whole system with the lust of money, & perishable items . We made these things more important than human values , character , & emotions.
And when you go against the laws of nature what you expect to get another new world? Certainly not but we made another world in our real world. A world full of fantasy,  lust,  jealousy, selfishness , greed, and bigotry . Yet we never tried to go back and find the root cause. We feel it easy to cut the weed from top. We don’t take the pain to pull it from roots. Or maybe we don’t want to pull it out. We just want a fresh face. That keep on feeding our own interests. World surely has gone in some strange hands and strange thoughts. Maybe I’m also one of them . Thinking loud about the world we live in surely make some other minds think for a second. And we all are in a way trying to create our own small world. Our own followers. Whether it be Osama or Obama the whole war is just to get fame and a known face. The cause for which everything starts dies up somewhere in between. We don’t wana find what this world is going to be like or what’s  gonna be our place in it. Yet we find it easy to check and comment on a fake profile of some lunatic named LADY GAGA.
